She regularly headlines comedy shows around the world and has written 7 solo shows to date, many of which she has performed at the Edinburgh Comedy Festival and toured extensively. Her book, a comedy memoir, The Other Mother was published by Square Peg in 2019.

As a writer, she worked on and acted as script consultant on Avoidance with Romesh Ranganathan and wrote Past Caring with Rosie Jones, which aired on SKY TV in 2023. 

Jen has gained a reputation as an engaging and versatile speaker. Since completing her first TEDx talk in 2018 on ‘Changing the way we bring up our boys’ which challenged gender norms, Jen has become equally as respected as a keynote speaker as she is a talented comedian.
