Oghosa Erhahon is Policy and Markets Manager at the Long Duration Energy Storage (LDES) Council, where she leads global policy engagement and market development initiatives to accelerate the deployment of long-duration energy storage. Her work focuses on shaping the market and regulatory frameworks needed for energy systems to capture the full value of LDES across a diverse range of technologies and storage durations. Prior to joining the LDES Council, Oghosa worked across industrial decarbonisation and energy access, supporting the development of market frameworks that enable investment in clean energy infrastructure. She previously was a Technical Advisor to the Global Hydrogen Diplomacy Programme, advancing international cooperation on hydrogen policy and market development. Working at the intersection of policy, markets, and technology, Oghosa engages with governments, utilities, investors, and industry to advance solutions that strengthen energy security, increase system flexibility, and accelerate the transition to resilient energy systems.
