Cynthia is deeply committed to driving the energy transition, with a particular focus and passion on leveraging BESS as a foundational enabler of this transformation.

Areas she has supported in the past 8 years is market-first propositions and mentoring teams, negotiating strategic partnerships and supporting industry-shifting technologies. Currently, she is consulting for various companies, primarily focusing on revenue optimisation and data analysis. Cynthia is also deeply committed to building an inclusive energy community and creating opportunities for the next generation of women in energy to thrive.
